1. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

• Open to women 18 years or older who wear size 10 or above and are legal U.S. residents.
• Entrants must be active subscribers of the Smooches Woman Empowerment Hub (Members Only).
• Entrants must follow @SmoochesMovement on Instagram.
• All entries must include a completed registration form and three (3) recent, different photographs of the Entrant.
• Entries must be submitted no later than November 29, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and family members of Smooches Woman Magazine or Acereel Studio, LLC are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

• Complete the official entry form and subscribe to the Smooches Woman Empowerment Hub.
• Upload the required photographs and complete all assigned competition tasks inside the Empowerment Hub.
• Only the Entrant may appear in the submitted photographs. All photos must be taken after the Entrant turned 18 years old.
• Entrant must have full rights to use and submit the photos. Photos containing nudity will be rejected.
• Each participant may submit only one entry.

3. Use of Submitted Photographs 
By entering, Entrants grant Smooches Woman Magazine and Acereel Studio, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, publish, reproduce, modify, and distribute submitted photographs for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes across all media platforms.
Entrants represent that they own or control all rights to the photographs submitted and agree to indemnify Sponsor against any third-party claims.
4. Judging & Winner Selection

• All tasks within the competition must be completed to remain eligible.
• A panel of selected judges will evaluate all eligible entries.
• The highest scoring Entrant across all tasks will be named the Grand Prize Winner.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to meet the requirements or engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or damaging behavior.

5. Grand Prize

• Professional photo shoot at Acereel Studio in Wyncote, PA on December 12 or 13, 2025.
• Cover Feature on the Winter 2025 issue of Smooches Woman Magazine.
• Feature spread inside the magazine.
• Smooches Cover Girl Merchandise Gift Package.
• If the winner cannot attend the scheduled photo shoot, she must provide professional images that meet SWM’s creative and quality standards by December 13, 2025.

6. Winner Verification

• The selected winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any other required documents.
• Failure to sign and return documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Legal Disclaimer & Release of Liability

• This competition is void where prohibited.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or issues with internet access.
• All entries and submitted materials become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
• By entering, participants release and hold harmless Smooches Woman Magazine, Acereel Studio, LLC, and their affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, including personal injury, loss, damage, or claims arising out of participation or use of likeness.
• Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.
• No class action claims or punitive damages will be permitted. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
