Thank you for your interest in vending at our upcoming event. Our events are intentionally curated primarily for womenand our vendors consistently experience strong sales, meaningful brand exposure, and valuable community connections.
To ensure a high-quality experience and fair opportunity for all vendors, we maintain a no-overlap vendor policy. Once a vendor offering a specific product or service is confirmed, we do not accept additional vendors selling the same or similar items. This courtesy is extended to protect your investment and maximize your opportunity for success. Because of this policy, all vendors must receive approval before submitting a vendor fee.
Here’s What to Do Next
Complete the Vendor Request Form Submit your request to be considered as a vendor for the selected event.
Wait for Approval Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation.
Submit Your Vendor Fee After approval, return to this page to complete your vendor fee payment.
⚠️ Important: Vendor fees must be paid within 48 hours of approval. If payment is not received within that time frame, the vending space will be released and offered to another vendor.
Vendor Responsibilities & Setup
Vendors must provide their own table (maximum size: 6 feet).
Vendor setup begins 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
All vendors must be fully set up no later than 30 minutes before the event begins.
Vendors who are not set up by this deadline will not be permitted to set up once the event has started.
Vendor Fees & Event Policies
Vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the event is cancelled by the host.
Events may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. In the event of a reschedule, vendor fees will be automatically transferred to the new event date.
